Flat Fee Brokerage One of the Key Realty options allows agents to pay an annual flat fee and receive 100% commissions with no transaction fees or any other fee! This all-inclusive annual fee allows the licensee to create their own business model with $0 fees per transaction.
100 Percent Commission Brokerage The Key Realty Broker operates on a per transaction basis and is ready to provide Broker assistance for a nominal transaction fee.
No Fee Real Estate Brokerage Unlike other Nevada Brokerages, Key Realty never charges any recurring or insurance fees. No recurring fees to worry about, ever!
