This page is designed to assist prospective and existing Nevada Brokers with obtaining a minimal office solution. Prospective tenants are encouraged to complete the form below to receive the minimal office lease via docusign. The lease is traditionally created with a future start date and a brief period (2 to 4 weeks) of free rent which affords the Broker / Tenant time to complete licensing forms with the Nevada Real Estate Division.
Nevada Requires a Physical Address, “Properly zoned,” to conduct business as a Real Estate Broker. Key Companies offers options to comply with certain aspects of Nevada brokerage physical office laws. Licensees are always encouraged to review and abide by all applicable laws. LOCATION 2: 8704 West Charleston #105 Las Vegas NV 89117 (Westside location)
Term: This option is designed to meet the minimum standards of address and business locations for Nevada Brokers. The minimal office provides the Nevada Broker with a physical office where all records and Nevada transaction details can be kept, for a nominal fee of $149 per month (month-to-month) OR six month pre paid discounted rate of $750 OR one year pre-paid discounted rate of $1200
Mail Box: Nevada Law does not require Brokers to report physical office and their mailing addresses as one in the same. Many Brokers report a PO Box or similar as their mailing address. The Westside location does not have full-mail service available. Only state / federal government documents should be mailed to the West Location and a PO box is recommended for all other mail. Fees associated with mail service at the Maryland location are as follows: Monthly Mail fee assigned to a month-to-month lease is $30, Mail fee assigned to a six month lease is $180, Mail fee assigned to a 1 year lease is $300. NOTE: The office location will put forth its best effort to retain all state, federal government and similar mailed documents but the location cannot be used as a general mail station unless this option is selected.
